Launched in 1952, the Constellation was named after the eight stars engraved into its case back, which symbolises the two chronometer records and six first-place precision awards that Omega earned between 1933 and 1952. Early examples with “pie pan” dials – nicknamed after their faceted convex relief – are among the most collectible vintage Omega timepieces. The collection represents Omega’s first serially produced certified chronometers and, today, continues to offer incredible accuracy in exceptionally elegant packages.
