If your account has been blocked from bidding, it is likely because you won a bid but did not make the payment within 7 days. All bids are binding on Watch Unify, and you are required to purchase any item you win. Multiple payment reminders are sent, and failure to submit payment results in bidding and buying privileges being revoked. To resolve this, check your Orders page under the ‘Unpaid’ tab for outstanding invoices. Even if orders are canceled, the Buyer Protection fee must still be paid. Payments by bank transfer may take up to 2 working days to process and restore bidding rights. For quicker processing, use the direct payment options available on our payment page. For more information, contact us.
To participate in Watch Unify auctions, register and become a Gold member. Upgrading to a Platinum membership requires identity card and credit card verification, enabling bid placement upon verification.
Canceling or withdrawing a bid is not possible on Watch Unify. Each bid is binding unless outbid. Auctions without meeting reserve prices are not concluded.
Platinum or Diamond membership, verified with identity and credit cards, is required to place bids. Ensure sufficient credit for a 6% or RM600 (higher) buyer premium. We advice the bidder to check credit availability before bidding.
Automatic Bid (Max Bid Setting): Set your maximum bid amount. The system places bids incrementally, ensuring you remain the highest bidder until your limit is reached. It’s a convenient way to bid without constant monitoring.
Auto bids reach maximum immediately due to:
- Matching with another bidder’s auto bid.
- Lower auto bid from another bidder.
- No reserve price, starting at the initial bid.
Enter your maximum bid amount under 'Automatic bid' on the item's page.
Automatic bids can be increased but not lowered or cancelled once the bid has been placed.
Bidding stops, and you are notified. Place another bid manually or with a new auto bid limit.
Auto bid amounts are private and not visible to others.
