Contact the Consignor within the 7-day complaint period to resolve any issues with the item.
Watch Unify will notify successful bidders via SMS and email. You will receive an email notification confirming your successful bid and instructions on how to proceed with payment and shipping.
The successful bidder must collect the purchased item within 14 days from the date of full payment, or arrange for shipping at their own cost.
If you receive a damaged item, file a complaint with the consignor within the 7-day complaint period.
You have 7 days upon receipt of the item to file a complaint with the consignor. Complaints filed after this period will not be entertained.
Refunds are not provided by Watch Unify. Any claims or legal recourse, including refunds, must be brought directly against the consignor.
